Huang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, on February 17, 1963. His family members moved to Thailand when he was five years aged. When he was 9, he and his more mature brother have been sent to America to Dwell with an uncle in Tacoma, Washington. When he was 10, he lived while in the boys' dormitory with his brother at Oneida Baptist Institute though atte
